This service is designed to help you answer those questions before investing in a full appraisal, reselling, or pursuing art restoration.

The Starting Point Package is an affordable way to gain clarity about an artwork before deciding on your next steps.

After reviewing the information and photographs you provide, I'll research your artwork, the artist (when identifiable), and the current resale market. I'll send you a personalized summary of my findings, including relevant auction records whenever available, along with my professional assessment of what you've shared.

By the end of the process, you'll have a better understanding of:

• what your artwork is (or is likely to be)

• whether there appears to be an established resale market

• whether it may warrant a formal appraisal, insurance coverage, or additional research

• practical recommendations for your next steps

Most clients use this service after inheriting artwork, purchasing something they know little about, or simply wondering whether a piece is worth pursuing further.

Fill out a form with details of your artwork, submit some photographs and feel the relief that comes from starting the process. Average turnaround time is three to five business days.

This package includes:

This package does not include:

• A USPAP-compliant appraisal

• A formal opinion of value for insurance, tax, estate, or legal purposes
